This week, Aldi has a huge box of sweet water melon at a GREAT price. I bought one, froze it in pieces and this morning, after working in the garden I filled my Blentec with today's kefir, the frozen water melon (including the seeds) and frozen banana. It is WONDERFUL.

I am going back to Aldi to buy several watermelon to cut up and freeze.
We will have yummy smoothies for months to come.
Nutrion information watermelon has a lot of water soluble vitamins, potassium and a high level of lycopene. The GI is about 70.
