I tried it at home with what I had in the fridge
It was OK.
Maybe it was the russet potato, but it was dry.
All that cheese, bacon and butter was not enough.
It takes a long time to cut the slices and fill each one of them, by the second potato I was rapidly losing interest.
I will probably not make this again.
